“Professional staff, spacious rooms, and a standard Ibis-style bathroom. Good breakfast. The hotel is also close to the main train station. If you leave before 8 am, parking near the zoo on Am Stadtgarten is free.”
“Back again last week for a 3-night stay and honestly? It just keeps getting better. Location is still a winner (so close to the Hbf), but this time the vibe was next level. Huge shoutout to the evening crew—the guys at the reception and the bar were absolutely 'aux petits soins' as we say in French. Super attentive, friendly, and just made us feel at home. Good drinks, clean rooms, great breakfast, nice energy. 4 days flew by. If you’re in Karlsruhe, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back for a fourth round! Cheers to the night team! "”
“We had an overnight stay between two long driving days. Arrived at 6 p.m. so we had just limited experience. It was a good surprise that there is pizza in the bar. The building looks a bit old and boring, but it has a good location, particularly for those who travel by train. The surface parking was 13 Eur, reasonable price. The room was OK, but the cleanliness could be improved by regularly cleaning / dusting not only the "obvious" places. We like the Ibis beds and bedding. Here, we found a bit "used", soft the mattresses. But, we slept well. The breakfast was correct, good range of choices. In brief, we may come back without hesitation, even for more nights. The front-desk persons and in the Bar were really helpful.”
“We booked last minute in an emergency with pets and a wheelchair user in our party All the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful, arranging connecting rooms with access on the ground floor and helped with our luggage. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Situated on a busy street with trams and the nearby railway station I expected it to be noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet. Very little street noise was apparent .”
